Inspiration

The Chapel of the Holy Cross has inspired a choral orchestral setting of the Traditional Requiem Mass which will premiere at Stern Auditorium, Carnegie Hall, NYC, in July! Here is a clip of this beautiful piece of music featuring the Living Christ crucified upon the Tree of Life from the Chapel. 

"Many Years ago I visited your beautiful church and took several pictures of the new installation of Christ. The visit was contributing to some research I was doing on sacred spaces while writing what is now my latest musical work, a choral orchestral setting of the Traditional Requiem Mass. I have been given the huge privilege and opportunity to have a large premiere of my Requiem at
Stern Auditorium, Carnegie Hall, NYC, in July of this year."
